BSA Twin Towers

Breakfast was great. Many options and a great variety of different Filipino entrees and breads. The staff remembers what we like. For example, cooking our sunny side up eggs. Super friendly staff at breakfast, the front desk, bell service, and housekeeping.

Room size, breakfast included, value for money, refund of my last night

My room was a western style accommodation with a bathroom that Americans are used to (toilet is separate from the shower, which I really appreciate). It was clean and comfortable, and the AC was working. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Twin Towers is near SM Megamall, which was the host of an event that I attended, so the walk to the venue was brief and convenient. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Will consider Twin Towers again next time I'm in the area.

The location is very accessible to everything. The staff, esp France the housekeeper, are all very nice, well mannered and respectful. They are keeping the rooms very clean and organize. Bell boys are very helpful and kind.

I loved the room so much. Beautiful view, great facilities and comfy bed. Staff were LOVELY! I didn't have any of the bug issues I've seen others have (well nothing out of the norm for being a hot, humid climate!). Great location across from the mall too! Definitely will stay here next time.
